This has been made through the healthy relationship we have maintained with our clients, business partners, and customers over the years.

This would not have been possible without our dedicated employees’ close cooperation and support. Our decision to invest in people who share the vision of the Group has been rewarding for they relentlessly implement our strategies while enhancing the quality of service and commitment made to clients and consumers.

MAIN OBJECTIVE

Saudization

One of AMB’s main objectives is growing a national workforce to help position as a national group of companies, making every effort to encourage Saudization in all its companies and factories. Towards that end, we created a special office for receiving employment requests from Saudi youth and abided by the minimum wage law, and altered our management system so that the company could for employment opportunities and their development through creating an atmosphere of harmony and trust in which they can grow and develop to the fullest extent of their abilities., not to mention incentives—all because we trust the will of our Saudi youth to bear responsibilities as leaders and executives.
